Best of all, Perfeqt provides personalized lifestyle and nutritional advice based on your results to improve your wellness. Results are shared in just 2 (!) minutes using the app from the comfort of your home.
The results are shown together with contextual data obtained from Apple Health, giving you even more insight into what sort of behavior does and does not lead to improvement.
